Turbo Fire Fridays - Update

Due to my medical issues I was knocked out with a severe migraine from the week of the 16th on. I doubt it was from doing turbo fire however I needed to take a break. While watching the videos and observing from the sidelines, I realized that I could follow the specific people noted to customize my workout for either a low or high impact workout. Just because I was unable to do the turbo fire workout, doesn't mean I wasn't able to work out. I made sure to walk and I did count household chores as exercise. These past weeks were very low…… I mean low impact for me.

I am excited to resume tomorrow - I can't tell you how truly inspired I feel when I complete a turbo fire workout.

Just curious what you do when you are not feeling well? What is the one workout routine that you will do rain or shine, pain or pain free, puke or no puke?

when I don't feel good I try as much as possible to get into bed and just vegetate.

I guess unless it was very very low impact, I would be sidelined!

I am side lined at all times!! Yup, one of the few who will willing admit that I do not exercise!! And if I am feeling sick I just stay in bed and read!

I do my stretching routine daily even when I am sick or out of energy, I feel that it makes me feel better. I need to go back to my gym, I haven't been there in over a month and I'm starting to feel it on my body.

Exercising simply for exercising is so hard for me! I just can't set aside a special time for me to go to a gym or work out in my living room. It's just so foreign! I really struggle with it and wish I could get over the issue in my head! I tend to be a doer...whether I'm outside or in, I'd rather be doing something with an immediate result. Jogging in place may be beneficial to my health, but it doesn't get anything done! lol

I'm afraid that due to a knee injury, it doesn't take much to sideline me these days. I do admire your tenacity!

I like going on bike rides. They are calming for me but gets my heart going at the same time.

I will still stretch and just walk around the neighborhood, if I can. I have never heard of Turbo Fire but I am going to check it out right now.

I workout at least 6 days a week and let me tell you - the days I don't work out, I miss it. My body needs that rush every day. I have never tried Turbo fire or anything like it, though. I am a zumba or spin girl.

Working out is really nice and good especially when you are actually having fun and enjoying it, right? :D

I've heard some really great things about Turbo Fire... I need to be serious about checking it out. I usually do a Jillian Michaels workout in the winter and she has just made me get bored.. so, I think its time for something new.

Sadly I can't do much of a workout I do love swimming though and do that as much as I can it makes me feel good even if it's just for a short amount of time. x

I try to walk. It helps to relieve stress and makes me feel calm.

I'm not a big fan of working out although I need to do so. I've been stuffing my face all Christmas and need to lose a few pounds along the way. I hate having migraines as well so I know what it feels like.

I try to exercise at least 3-4 times a week, but when I have a migraine, no workout will get me out of bed. I haven't heard of turbo fire workouts. I will have to look more into them!

Haven't heard about this workout yet. I need bed rest if I'm in pain like stiff neck and back pain.

Puke or no puke? Ha! Sorry for the pukers, but that was funny. :)

I'm so glad that you are feeling better. It's good that you know your limits right now in terms of working out so that you don't overexert yourself.

Thanks for your Turbo Fire update. You inspire me to get moving. I have been eating better over the past couple of weeks and have managed to take about 7 pounds off. Now I need to add some exercise.
